It took a few listenings and then it really kicked in – this is a masterpiece! My favourite track is “Other side of me” – absolutely beautiful!

A real return to top form. I’ve even got the kids humming away to it. The CD might have had a difficult birth, but it was worth every tortured step.

A complex, multi-layered work that solidifies Fish’s claim as one of the pre-eminent songwriters of his generation. Demonstrates a novelist’s eye for significant detail, benefits from superb and inventive musical backing, and has learned to adapt his changing voice to maximize its dramatic potential. A real masterwork from first song to last.

  4. Another masterpiece by FISH amazing from beginning to end.5 stars yetagain.

  5. This is the best album Fish has recorded since “Sunsets on Empire”. It really is a genuine masterpiece and his voice is surprisingly better than I’ve ever heard it. Well done that man.

To be honest I hadn’t heard an album from Fish for years.Kind of stumbled across this or should I say a few Marillion tracks. Some of the tracks on this album were mixed in so I decided to listen to them. After listening to 5 or 6 of the tracks on Feast I decided there and then that I had to purchase the CD.Very glad I did because the whole album is just sublime. Will be watching out for more music off Fish in the future.
