Just received my copy of this today and have already listened to it twice.
Absolutely delighted, only thing that could have made it better was if the recording had been the Glasgow night but I’m biased.

IT AS ARRIVED!!!! over the years there have been many songs and many superb lyrics, but for me the best is not a lyric from a song. I have listened and watched the Misplaced Childhood DVD and once again got caught up in the emotion of the song. But it is the end that made this DVD the best of the best. After introducing the band who played superbly he said those immortal words “and they call me the Fish” The whole thing is just magnificent. I know it will come to an end one day and at least he ‘s given us notice, but I’m not ready. I was 18 when I first heard those words “So here I am once more..” 34 years later I still cannot get enough. This package is just sublime and you get the audio plus the DVD, fantastic value for money but more than that you get hours of the Fish. Thank you and looking forward to the next masterpiece.

It has arrived some days ago as one of my 45’s birthday gift. I started with dvd and – what a uncool surprise! – the sound is terrible! Without a bass line, unbalanced, with distorted sound of the keyboards. It looks like a record from the late ’80 – not vintage but very low quality. The picture is leaping and blurred. What a pity, what a shame… I just tried to start the CD and there are much better. It looks like these records from Poland were mixed while those dvd release only recorded directly from the camera. It’s not fair to announce this dvd as a sterling live record.
